Population Services Zimbabwe (PSZ)
Operating since 1987, delivering services to the women and men of Zimbabwe.
Our client-centred approach and high standards of clinical quality have led to Population Services Zimbabwe (PSZ), an affiliate of Marie Stopes International, becoming one of the most popular providers of sexual and reproductive health services in the country. Population Services Zimbabwe provides services to around half a million clients a year and is one of the country’s largest and most specialised sexual and reproductive health organisations. We work to exceed the expectations of our clients and partners for quality, cost-effective sexual and reproductive and primary healthcare services. As well as to provide services for safe pregnancy outcomes, risk of unwanted pregnancies and other threats to the reproductive health of women.
- Over 400,000 clients used PSZ contraception across Zimbabwe in 2017.
- We provide a wide range of high quality, affordable and client-centred services and information to women, men and young people through a network of 11 centres.
- We have over 1,200 outreach sites across Zimbabwe that focus on reaching those who need our services most. and more than 124 BlueStar social franchisees.
